That is the result of a current study conducted by DEUTSCHLAND TEST and the business magazine FOCUS-Money. The 20,000 German companies with the most employees in more than 90 industries were assessed. We did very well in the evaluation criteria of training success, the structural setup of the training, as well as the training rate and additional offers for apprentices. The results of the evaluation were overwhelmingly positive: a 100% score. As the best in our industry, we set the benchmark for other suppliers of the automotive industry.
The reasons we earned this honor is our commitment to the next generation: the Häring Academy with state-of-the-art technologies and machines, which covers an area of 3,000 m2, the Pier 1 innovation space in which our young talents can develop and test new ideas and build the corresponding prototypes, as well as many opportunities for further development, tutoring options with our own instructors, special events and attractive benefits – for example a shuttle bus for the way to work – that round out what we have to offer (additional information on our benefits package at "My benefits").
The success of this concept also earned points in the study. After all, 97% of apprentices and students have already successfully completed their training with us and, in recent years, we gave 100% of them a job – and many of them now have leadership positions.
The recognition as Germany's best company providing training in the sector of suppliers for the automotive industry is both an honor and motivation. CEO Dr.-Ing.
