This award recognizes companies with more than 50 employees that make a significant economic and social impact through job creation, corporate responsibility, and community engagement.

The award was presented on February 21, 2025, during the Hart County Chamber of Commerce’s Annual Awards Banquet. Dwayne Dye, former Director of Economic Development for the Hart County Industrial Building Authority, highlighted our commitment to workforce development and the creation of long-term career opportunities in his speech.
He added, "The potential for a long-term positive impact on local students, apprentices, the workforce, and the Northeast Georgia region is only the beginning."
