With health scientist Dr. sc. med. hum. Jennifer Ganter as speaker on the topic "Nutrition – which types of food have which benefits?", the internal health program of Anton Häring KG kicked off its second round of events.
"We had already received a lot of positive feedback following the inaugural event in April. The fact that so many of our employees are interested in this program shows that we are on the right track," Managing Director Miriam Häring said. As a result, there was also a lot of interest in the most recent information event. Health scientist Dr. Ganter led audience members through the pitfalls of their own eating habits: Which types of food are good for the body and provide humans with the required nutrients and which types of foods should only be consumed in small amounts.
