7 awards and 10 recognitions went to Häring trainees in the 2017/2018 school year. Miriam Häring praises the junior employees in saying, “A very great achievement, which we are immensely proud of.” Although the trainees in the company receive a lot of support, Häring has been relying on high-quality in-house training for many years. With the Häring Academy as the centerpiece of the training, it offers state-of-the-art workspaces, school-based learning with qualified training professionals, and many more opportunities – of course, one’s own commitment is crucial for success.
