Anton Häring KG scores very well twice over in a survey of citizens. In a survey of 800,000 participants across Germany, DIE WELT and ServiceValue once again sought out the companies that impress with a particularly positive image. Anton Häring KG was once again able to shine in the industry sector and received the "Germany's Best Employer" award. In addition to fair pay, concrete additional benefits such as subsidies for health-oriented sports programs, training and development options, and good working conditions were the most important aspects of the company's attractiveness to employees.
But: All good things come in twos. Together with WirtschaftsWoche, ServiceValue also set out to find the employers that do the most for the common good and are thus valuable for the region. This question can best be answered by the people concerned in the region who, as part of the study, assessed how relevant the companies based in the respective district or independent city are for the common good. With an average score of 2.87, Häring KG received the "high contribution to the common good" award.
Miriam Häring is visibly pleased: "As a family-owned company, social responsibility is very important to us. The fact that our commitment is also noticed by the citizens makes us very proud. Of course, we will continue to keep our eye on the ball: In the coming year, we will make our Bubsheim site in Germany climate-neutral, and we will continue to maintain and expand our commitment to our home country and at every site worldwide."
